The whole process was made really easy with contact throughout to update on what happened. On arrival Jake was great at explaining the process and explained everything as it’s our first time using a storage unit.
Sales team really pushed your own insurance and appeared to put up barriers when I stated I had my own. The same with the purchase of your own padlocks.
