Jenna at Warrington was extremely helpful and prepared to go the extra mile to make our experience as stress free as possible.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly- I felt completely comfortable with asking any questions I needed, and the team was genuinely helpful and understanding, and I felt no pressure at any point, which is probably another reason that I went with Armadillo.

My enquiry was handled well with regards to the ease of storing my possession. 2 Areas that would have made it better 1. process on the day to check I needed the space that I booked. Maybe a conversation with myself, the removal company and yourselves. 2. Still do not know when the next payments are coming out. I will phone to find out.

initial set up online did not go 100% to plan - not sure if it was me or the system! Member of staff sorted it out quickly on my first visit.

Clearly outlined and communications are thorough no stone left unturned.
