Brand new facility with incredibly kind, helpful and friendly staff. My move-in was seamless. This is my 4th time moving back into a Big Yellow facility - the experience has always been positive.

Ridda was the person that I spoke to about everything regarding getting the unit, she was very cheerful and helpful, answered all of the questions that I had with no judgement and great expertise, during the tour, she suggested me a more suitable unit that better suited my own needs. Additionally helped me to measure out the space to fit all of my things, and after realising that it would be a tight fit, she gave me a really great deal on a bigger unit with more breathing room.

Thank you Chanel and Leon for a very smooth and friensly service, Chanel was especially kind, as I am a new customer she answered all my questions thoroughly, allowed me to see the room size I am renting, and was very accommodating. I came to collect packing items twice and Chanel remembered me and my moving situation which was an added personal touch. I highly reccommend Big Yellow storage to anyone who is looking to fulfil their storage needs, they are very good, their premises all over UK are highly efficient, clean, modern, huge elevators and plenty of big sized trolleys. Room sizes vary and I went for the highest (100SFT) which is more than ideal. Feels very premium and clean coming here, and as this Wemley branch is very new please do give them a go. Excellent service all round. Thank you guys

My partner and I explored a few places in the Wembley area and found The Big Yellow to be by far the best value, with the best options for our storage and not to mention fantastic customer service from Chanel! The building is brand new so all units are absolutely pristine which gave us reassurance our belongings will be kept clean.

My first time booking with them and everything was so smooth. They checked at what time I’m coming, even though I was a little bit late they make everything so clear. Also, Hasan showed me the unit before booking it and answer my all questions. I’m really glad with here! Recommended!
I highly recommend Chanel. She is incredibly professional, helpful, and went out of her way to ensure I secured the best possible storage deal. Her expertise, in a very friendly manner and excellent communication skills made the entire process seamless - excellent service! Really happy with my unit, clean new and modern, alarmed, with extra height so extra space to store more boxes for extra storage! 😊 App is super easy to use and extended hours 5am to 11pm make it unbeatable offer.
