I’ve been using this storage unit for over two years for my business, and I absolutely loved it. The facility has always been clean, secure, and well-maintained. It worked perfectly for our business needs. The only reason we’re moving out is because we’re relocating our business. Otherwise, we would definitely still be there! I also want to especially mention the store manager, Kylie. She has always been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Her colleague Manny has been great as well both of them made our experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this storage facility!

Staff were extremely helpful throughout the check in process, in particular Manni who went above and beyond to assist us with the various documentation for the contract.
The staff at big yellow west Molesey were ever so firendly and helpful with my request to store goods. I would certainly use them again and the staff at the office really are 10/10
