Lee was very helpful when we came in to open a new unit. He was funny, kind, and patient when we had questions. Great service and glad we are moving from the Tolworth branch to Molesey. :)

I went in to look for the best option of storing a few items due to a relocation. Kylie and Tina could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Sincerely, people talk about customer experience in brands like Apple but I can tell you I’ve never left a consumer experience feeling more impressed and quite frankly happier than when I got there! They even built my boxes for storage! Highly recommend.

I called up today to make an enquiry about storage, the lady on the phone was really helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to dealing with them again.
