Initially happy, friendly staff,clean and dry storage. 5 months ago I stopped being invoiced and my account details were deleted but didn't notice until I wanted to end storage. Massive bill now, no explanation

Everything was done well. Reps were friendly, informative, and helpful during a very stressful time. Rates quoted were the best. Facility is extremely clean throughout. Customer service is exceptional.
