Big Yellow Storage West Norwood have been a huge help to me during an incredibly stressful and difficult house moving process and it has been greatly appreciated. The staff have all been incredibly understanding, conscientious and adaptable at each stage. A big shoutout goes to Mike who has been an absolute star - he’s been hugely kind and helpful at each step, and provided great advice. A big thank you also goes to Mariola!

I’ve been renting at Big Yellow Storage West Norwood for nearly two years, starting with one unit and later adding a second. Both times the process was smooth and straightforward. When I first signed up, Gemma (the manager at the time) made everything quick and easy. Since then, Mariola, Eden, Mike, and Kalu have continued in the same spirit — always friendly, approachable, and ready to help with anything. What I really value is that, despite Big Yellow being a large company, the West Norwood team gives it a personal touch. They know their customers, they treat you with respect, and they make you feel like more than just another number. It feels closer to dealing with a family business than a corporation. Couldn’t recommend them more.

We have had a few units at Big Yellow West Norwood and they are always so helpful, especially Mariola, who knows me when I walk in and knows me, the story with my units and how we have far too much stuff! She’s always checking we are getting best value and offering help and advice where she can. Recommend them.
