The whole process from start to finish was excellent. All questions answered, clear pricing. Very friendly staff which makes the experience a lot better. Accepting all our deliveries and keeping us informed when they arrived is perfect, the deliveries is our business so this service really helps. I came back to Big Yellow west norwood with an urgent storage problem and they couldn't have been more helpful. They helped me find a storage solution, explained my options and made sure I was all good. I was helped by Mike and a lady who’s name i didn’t catch (i came in around 3pm and she was sat next to Mike) but both of them were absolutely fantastic and customer service that good deserves recognition.
