We had a really excellent experience at Yellow Box Self Storage (West Norwood). We rented one of the B units on the ground floor, which was very handy for loading / unloading - but what really made the difference was the team. Mariola was fantastic from day one — warm, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took all the stress out of the process and always explained everything clearly. Mike was also brilliant, especially when it came to the out-of-hours access option. He talked us through how it works in a really clear, practical way, and it turned out to be extremely useful towards the end of our stay. Another big plus was having a Zipvan available right on-site. Being able to collect and drop the van there made moving things in and out so much easier and saved us a lot of hassle. The storage itself was great value and easy to use, but the real highlight was the people. Mariola and Mike genuinely made us feel looked after — and that makes all the difference.
