You’ll access the storage facility using an app called StoreID. With StoreID, your phone acts like a digital code—giving you instant, secure entry without the need to remember or type anything in. Just swipe and go.

Our reception opening hours are:

Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm

During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need.  If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange.  We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee.  However this is subject to store discretion.

Our extended access  hours are:

Monday - Sunday 5am and 11pm

 

To start renting your storage room, you'll need to visit the store to sign your customer license and pay for your initial 4-week period, deposit, and contents protection (if you're using our Enhanced Liability Service). Once everything is signed and paid, you're ready to move in.

Don’t forget you'll need a padlock to secure your room - we sell combination padlocks at the store if you need to buy one. 

If you need help getting your items to us, we’re happy to recommend trusted local removal companies. Alternatively, you can bring your belongings by car and use the trolleys available onsite to move them easily into your storage room.

Yes absolutely.  But we also have fully automated lifts for you and your goods to use that are large enough to transport you to any of our upper floors.  And free trolleys to help you move your goods from your vehicle to your room.  You may find our upper rooms are cheaper too.

All rooms of 150 sq ft and above have timed LED strip lights with motion sensors installed as standard.  

Electric power points can be installed on request where possible.  There is a charge for this and the ongoing usage of electricy.  Please come and speak to us for more details.
