I’ve had a really positive experience with Big Yellow Storage in Kennington. The facility is clean, secure, and very easy to access, and everything has been straightforward from start to finish. A special thank you to Ayesha, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything so much easier at a stressful time and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed and understood all the details clearly. Excellent customer service and a really well-run storage facility, I would highly recommend.

FINN!!! He is amazing, he really made my whole moving/storing process so easy and lightened my anxiety. He went above and beyond, even stayed a little later one day to ensure i could access my space independently. I have moved out now, but even calling to enquire about my refund, he broke down everything to me, where this wasn't done at the time my refund was processed. I generally think that someone needs to mind the phone more often but again when I have called and Finn has been working, i have always been answered by the 2nd time I've called and he has always been helpful. GO FINN!!!!
