I found the staff to be extremely helpful and very well trained.

It's surprising how much you can fit in the rooms.The only issue I have is with the music through the audio system.

All the questions that I had were answered and added to by ones I hadn't even thought of; great product knowledge!

Very helpful, friendly and patient staff at the Oval Big Yelllow Storage. There is a Streetvan parked at this location which makes moving stuff in and out extremely easy and convenient. They have helpful advise on how to store things and cover sheets, mattrees covers and all manner of boxes for sale on site. I would definitely use Big Yellow again if this store is an indication of the ease of use and helpfulness of staff.

Never thought i would use The Big Yellow but an emergency arise and needed space for my staff as it was necessary to leave the apartment and in the new one couldn't move in yet. Was very convenient location, Reasonable price and outstanding staff help. will be using The Big Yellow again if needed.

I work abroad and cannot afford to keep a flat in London. Having storage at Big Yellow means I can access my stuff whenever I want without disturbing anyone. The only problem I have is the working hours If you work, the only time you can access storage is in the evenings and at weekends but the storage afacility is closed early and shorter hours at weekends. How is that a good business idea? Please fix and earn 5 stars.

Was impressed by staff's friendly attitude and the simplicity of the whole process.

Not having used your company previously, I can confidently say that we would not think of anyone else, given the quality of service we have encountered. From the very beginning, when we enrolled and were guided through the paperwork, to the present, when we are about to complete our period with you, we have felt entirely happy, secure in the knowledge that our possessions are safe and accessible. Your team at Kennington, certainly, are exemplary.

No problems at all with service or staff. My biggest problem is that the money is collected over 4 week periods unlike all the other monthly DDs I have, hence this causes me countless financial reprofiling problems. I also find the service incredibly expensive- it costs more than my mortgage and I feel a bit exploited. Because of these two stings in the tail, it rather spoils recommending BY to friends.

Compare to a number of competitors of Big Yellow, I was impressed by the professional staff and the clean and efficient facilities. Big Yellow are a cut above the rest.
