Very friendly and helpful staff (Matt, from Enfield). Prior to me taking out the storage room, I took out a quote and visited the Enfield branch. Matt was kind enough to physically show me examples of the different sized rental storage rooms, so that I could make an informed decision on the suitable size. All the while, explained the various policies and procedures in-place.
The person who greeted me when I arrived yesterday was just fantastic. The storage unit is great. The person who helped me make the booking advised what size I needed perfectly.
Marie was very thorough when she went through all of the details, particularly when explaining the importance of entering the pin code when entering and leaving the unit. She was very helpful.
