Customer service. The guys made us coffees and ran through everything clearly.

From the first online enquiry to reserving the room was a very quick service. less than 20mins. Knowing I can do this so quickly means I am very likely to use BY in the future. One less thing to worry about. I think you have a great balance between automation and human service. Very helpful and friendly staff, thoughtful provision of extras.
