I initially spoke to Kereth in Bagshaw Head Office! To say he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful is a complete understatement! He simply couldn’t do enough for me! I Indeed, as a direct result of speaking to Kereth, I stopped ringing around and decided to book with Big Yellow! I then spoke to Mathew at the Enfield Branch. I was clearly stressed and after much discussion, he suggested that I may find it easier to finalise my paperwork prior to coming with movers, as this would then minimise the pressure. This proved to be excellent advice and I’m so glad I listened! Mathew along with Mary were excellent! They were friendly yet professional and clearly very knowledgeable! I felt totally at ease with all I was told and I trusted their recommendations! Based on these three employees and the quality of the facilities, I simple cannot recommend Big Yellow enough! Many thanks to you all!
