The whole process from start to finish has been exceptional. My initial booking had to be cancelled at short notice and the team were fantastic with their support, and once again provided great assistance when I was ready to reserve another unit. My removal company inspected the unit on the day of official registration and were concerned that it would be too small, and the Abz BYSS team found me a larger unit and also managed to keep additional rental costs down as much as possible. Jamie in particular was a superstar and supported me and my removal team throughout the afternoon; Michael was also on hand to look after us. Thanks so much, I am relieved to know that my belongings are in such a safe, secure and well managed place!
