Patient and friendly explanation

The whole process for someone who has never used self storage was excellent. Staff took time to walk through the whole process. Signing up, accessing the site, accessing the unit etc

I found the process of reserving a unit extremely easy and hassle free. I like the fact I was not asked to pay any monies until the move in day and that I was able to come and choose the appropriate size for my requirements in person. Martina was very personable and helpful. Customer satisfaction appears to be her top priority! A true asset to your company!

Checking in was nice and straightforward. Both staff where very nice and informative.and explained everything in detail. Opening times and access times given. Offered a drink while we checked in.

I had the nicest staff member assisting me with checking in to my storage unit. She was so good at explaining everything in terms of usage of the storage facilities and a really friendly person in general (I think her name was Martina - a gem). I misplaced the business card she gave me.
