The manager was extremely kind, she explained to us in a perfect way the most important things we needed to know in terms of security with the storage and relevant terms of conditions.

Excellent and very helpful throughout, although check in was very slow. Alison, store manager, was very good and helped save money on a smaller storage unit. Very good customer service.

Very helpful staff. They talked through all the steps and explained how I could access the building and my unit very clearly. They were also very friendly and polite.

Staff were so efficient, friendly and knowledgable. It. Was the Barking store.

It was good experience in that it was quick and straight forward. My only disappointment was that the price I was quoted didn't include all the other charges eg insurance etc.
