The customer service was outstanding, Alison was very polite and welcoming, explained everything very professionally.

I met Alison (the manager) the day I was moving stuff in. Oh my goodness! Talk about professional! She was amazing. Explained everything so clearly, properly took her time to ensure I knew what I was paying for, broke down the terms and conditions, did a walk through with the keypads from the very first gate and back. I can’t sing her praises enough!

The facility is very clean and well organised. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The prices are affordable.

I am clearing my late Mother's home which is quite painful and I have never had to store items before. The Ladies were very helpful in talking through the procedure, showed me around the facility and made everything easy for me. Excellent service!
