I found it on internet. I went to nearby store Barking and there was staff Henry who helped me lot to do the paper work.

The entire process was stress free, your staff explained the way big yellow box works in the easiest manner for anyone to understand.

To understand the prices with different scenarios (storage capacity and insurance) is a bit difficult because it is 4 weekly and not monthly, but the staff in the office is quite patient and co-operative, they help you through the process. Special mention to Luckzy the store manager.

Initial booking ok but very poor directions to the store. Confused with another branch in the locality
