The customer service and facilities are really great. I dealt with Roland at the Battersea branch and from booking my reservation, to checking in at the site and frequent visits in between, it's been a pleasure to use Big Yellow.

Your team is strong and professional. Particular merit is due to Roland from the beginning to the end and also James. Roland went out of his way to accommodate, explain and suggest best storage options and assisted with making sure all goes as effortlessly as possible during the international move. He even offered coffee and a snack when seeing I was barely on my feet with exhaustion. I feel so well taken care off. Thank you Roland , will definitely pass your details to anybody I know to contact you if they need a storage. Also a big thank you to James, who took me through the Storage protocols and explained the workings out of how to operate within the storage structures. I have to say this is the first time in my life someone explained everything so well and so clearly that I understood all in one instant. He also made some recommendations regarding storage products, ways to pack and protect items. I know I will look for his recommendations once my second move is on the way.
