I have been amazed by how efficient and well organised Big Yellow Lombard Way is. Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean, well lit and minimum hassle.

We had initially booked Balham storage but arrived at Battersea by accident - the people behind the desk (a young lady in particular) was especially welcoming and understanding of the situation and changed our booking really quickly. I had recently had a surgery on my leg which made logistics very challenging but the team were incredibly kind, welcoming and made the process very easy for my girlfriend who was doing all the hard work! It was really appreciated by us and the process of loading and security was really good.

Rebekah was super helpful and didn’t rush us. No hard sell and took the time to explain everything clearly. Also Rebekah offered to save us a journey back to the locker to put the padlock on the door.

Customer service

Friendly customer service though I was charged the wrong amount so they took two payments from me. A nice gesture would’ve been to extend the half price amount of time or something due to it being their mistake.
