Friendly customer service though I was charged the wrong amount so they took two payments from me. A nice gesture would’ve been to extend the half price amount of time or something due to it being their mistake.

Thorough preparation prior to booking appointment. I did not complete the whole thing on line but the Reception employee was very helpful. Clear joining process.

The attention from all the staff members has been very good, they are very kind and helpful. They really go the extra mile!

Customer service was excellent. Facility was easy no navigate. James and Rebecca made sure I understand exactly what I was getting and ensure the safety of my personal possessions.
