Customer service was outstanding. I was advised that my reservation was a lot more space than I needed so I was able to downsize and save some money.

The staff member at the Battersea branch, Chris Corlett went above and beyond to find us a good deal and make the process of creating an account as simple and easy as possible. This proved very important as my friend and I were under a lot of stress through moving home.

I like how many trolleys are available and I like how you can see your room and change it if needed. The girl helping me was lovely

Easy check in experience where the staff were very clear and explained everything. Prices were also competitive for the area (central london)
