Big thank you to Roland - he helped me move in 8 months ago and has been super helpful along the way whenever I’d contact customer service. Roland is really attentive and kind, I just moved out yesterday, and he just made the process so much smoother and easier, I truly appreciate it thank you so much would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a storage unit.

Roland was amazing and showed us around Big Yellow Battersea. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure coming here. Reception was not open when I arrived, but Roland was very helpful in assisting me and helping me understand the products I needed.
