A was attended by David. Service was great. Thank you!

Really great experience today! David was so friendly and chatty and made everything really easy. I'd come straight from work and was absolutely exhausted, so I wasn't taking in much information, but he was really patient, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood it all. He genuinely made what could have been a stressful job feel really straightforward. Brilliant customer service and just a genuinely lovely person to deal with!
