Consistently amazing service. Staff so helpful, friendly and do everything they can to make storing so easy. The units and building are spotlessly clean and everything seems to run like clockwork. This is my second stay and I am just as impressed as I was the first time around. Samie the Lombard Road manager is fantastic and so organised and welcoming. The cleanliness is everywhere...including the lifts, corridors and units. So cleAn.

On the counter Ellie was very helpful and patient everything was done properly and professionally she set it all for next day which I was moving in explained all will be on the screen When I came next day met Sami store manager he was extremely helpful done all the paperwork and all done professionally, quick all finished in a reasonable time

I received excellent customer service from Ellie and Ellias on reception, who made the process of checking in very easy and stress-free. They were also very flexible when I needed to change rooms sizes, very patient and good humoured and patient when explaining how everything worked.
