Nicky was awesome. She assured and informed me all the way. She made my experience as hassle free as possible and explained everything to all the small detail so that I was aware and took all my questions and stress away. Pleasure to have her as a representative.

The staff at the Big Yellow in Lombard Road Battersea could not have been more friendly or efficient. Despite my having to change my start date a number of times, they remained extremely patient and communicative.
