Incredibly, helpful staff. Really efficient. Went the extra yard to meet all my requirements, and saved me a load of money. What more could you ask ? And you can park a full-sized truck at Battersea REALLY EASILY. This matters.

Ellie, my check-in person, was friendly, clear and helpful.

It's cheap, easy to book and the staff make the whole process even more so. I received great service from Keit, Ellie and Samie. They were eager to assist.

Friendliness and heldful

It's a good location and has many available sizes. Seems pretty secure as well. Everything going for it but maybe the non-discounted prices are a bit high (student POV).

Fantastic, helpful team. I walked in and Samie provided lots of information on the storage size and boxes and other bits I would need to help my storage transition go smoothly A viewing also provided. On returning with other queries Kiet the Sales Advisor looked at the pictures I provided of stuff to store and helped me translate the measurements. On moving in Ellie constantly checked that I was OK. Thank you guys.
