I would like senior management to know that Paul in your Battersea facility is a real asset to your organisation; he was on his own (it appeared) all over the bank holiday weekend and was swamped with customers, I did have to wait a while as there were other new customers he was looking after but his customer service was outstanding, he never seemed hassled and he was the reason I went with Big Yellow even though you are quite a lot more expensive than the first storage facility I visited to get a quote. Closed early on bank holiday, as we were using that day to move all out stuff in it would have been great if open longer Very impressed overall

The best thing about the Battersea Big Yellow is that the staff are really friendly and helpful! Lots of options given to me and then I could choose the best fit, with advice. The lifts and trolleys are always easy to use and plenty of space to offload. Also they have a StreetVan there too!
The staff were extremely helpful and made it quick and easy to arrange storage.

I could have easily rated everything as 5 star but I have deliberately only rated the attitude of the staff as 5 star! Because, it is the staff that make all other areas of the business 5 star!
