I first spoke with Rahom, who took the time to walk me through the different storage options and helped find a solution that worked for us as a startup. Flexibility was really important, and he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the process. I then dealt with Declan, who was equally helpful and professional, making everything straightforward and ensuring I understood all the details before moving in. On move-in day, Roland took the time to show me how everything worked and shared tips and tricks for using the equipment and facilities efficiently. Nothing felt rushed, and his willingness to help made a big difference. I actually visited two other storage providers before choosing Battersea, but what really set them apart was the people. The professionalism, friendliness, and genuine desire to help were evident from every member of the team. In fact, although Battery C wasn't the cheapest option I looked at, the quality of service and the confidence the team gave me made the decision an easy one. For any startup or growing business looking for storage, I would highly recommend them. Great facilities, excellent service, and most importantly, a genuinely outstanding team.
