Nothing very negative. It seems as though sometimes there's not enough trolleys but not a big deal really.

You have a great team, Gemma & Andy were particularly helpful & friendly, which makes all the difference at a stressful time.

The whole experience right from booking on the website, the follow up call once I confirmed my space, and then the support I received on move in was just perfect. friendly, informative, easy.

So easy to book. Gemma (sorry if I haven't remembered your name correctly) was super helpful and found me a smaller unit even though I'd already booked a bigger one. Easy all the way and the discount helped too.
