I was eased through the whole process patiently and kindly on arrival and throughout the whole time I was there. I was made very welcome and I felt very at ease with Karen at reception. I would most certainly recommend this site at Elmers End.

Ever step from my initial inquiry, to registration and check in was so easy. Moving was incredibly stressful but the one part that wasn't, was Yellow storage. I even asked to upgrade the day before my move date from 30ft to 40ft and it was no issue at all. They simply transferred everything quickly.

We wanted some advise to start so we went to big yellow to enquire . We were greeted by Karen who gave us all the information and toured us around the units that would work best for us . Great experience and a joy to deal with Karen . She is a credit to the team and made us feel very welcome and we left with a storage quote and a unit confirmed .
