It is expensive

Clear pricing, really easy to use, and Mike and Andy were both really helpful. Plenty of trolleys to help move items into the room. Good size room.

I think the basic insurance cost should be shown in initial quote, with option to increase. I personally hate add ons

Staff were very personable, friendly and highly efficient. Premises were very clean, trolleys provided worked well. Pricing structure and spaces available are I believe very competitive and flexible.

The email correspondence and the man at the Big Yellow Storage were very professional and good
