Friendly and very helpful

I think the basic insurance cost should be shown in initial quote, with option to increase. I personally hate add ons

The help and advice from the staff in the branch was first class

Staff were very personable, friendly and highly efficient. Premises were very clean, trolleys provided worked well. Pricing structure and spaces available are I believe very competitive and flexible.

The email correspondence and the man at the Big Yellow Storage were very professional and good

Helpful staff Would have been 10 but felt bombarded with emails probably because I had not exchanged on my property when I first enquiries.
