I have found all the staff that I've dealt with at Beckenham polite and friendly and very helpful in every way, I believe these all go that extra mile.

I have used Big Yellow before, so the process was well-known and easy for me.

Very well, your agent was able to explain eh cost of teh various units and you were cheaper that Acces Storage.

I have used yellow storage before and knew the process but can say it was handled professionally and efficiently. We were shown how to enter and exit your facility and show were our ‘cupboard ‘ was.

Very easy and straight forward. Online website very easy to navigate and to understand. This process is then backed up by reception staff.

The staff were polite and helpful. Everything was explained clearly and the answered any questions we had.
