Very polite and professional staff working in a clean environment

Upon arrival to the site in Adams Street, Birmingham I was greeted warmly by Sam who talked me through prices, room sizes and offered a competitive quote. At no time did she apply any pressure to use storage with Big Yellow so this was reassuring. The storage site itself was bright, clean and tidy. The reception area and corridors in the storage area were all clean and access in and out simple.

The guy dealing with us named Luke made us feel at ease and explained things properly. So thank you very much for that.

Good and helpful customer service by Sam and Paul. Homely feel in the whole place.
