i have found the staff to always be extremely helpful and the set up is pretty easy to use. it is not exactly the best loaction for us but I think that is more to do with the location our offices our currently in.
There were too few trolleys and too few staff. The job of moving out took twice as long as it could have done due to having to wait for a trolley and then wait at the desk to be served. Otherwise, i was very happy with all other aspects of the storage facitilies. I also found the email correspondence very helpful and easy to understand.
Staff were always helpful. Access was easy. It served our purpose for what we needed at the time. We would have no hesitation in recommend Big Yellow to our friends and relatives. We would certainly use Big Yellow in the future should the need arise.
The Big Yellow staff were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and sufficiently. The storage space was a very reasonable price, as was the after hours access. It is a secure storage space and there is security staff after hours as well. I'd definitely recommend Big Yellow to friends.
I was very happy with the way Self Storage helped me find a place for my belongings over Christmas. They also recommended someone to help me get all my stuff there, very helpful staff. No problems at any time and also half price storage for the first 4 weeks.
I'd never used a self storage service before and although it was only for 5-6 weeks (loft conversion at home) I felt it was extremely good value for money. The staff explained everything and we were refunded to the penny for the time we didn't use, without any problem. We took advantage of the '8 week half price offer' so it was really cheap. I liked the security aspect of it all and wasn't worried in the slightest.
Although an old building that has been converted the staff more than compensate for any shortfall that the buildings past history throws up. Not an ideal location to be in but only a little effort is needed to get to and from if you normally don't have or use a car,the building and car park are (or always seem) to be clean and tidy.
I only needed to use a small space for a short time but the staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. My refund as I had paid in advance and didn't use the whole time was also refunded in super quick time which was great!
The weekly closing hours durning the week should be later. People work during the day so it is only possible to access your unit on weekends. It would be more convenient to be able to access the units during the week.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The storage facility is clean and bright, and easily accessed. It was a pleasure to do business with Yellow and I have already recommended them to a number of friends. A big thank you to Big Yellow! William Goodchild
