Came late to check-in as was held up with other things but your staff allowed me to check-in after hours anyway. Had to pay for a week's extended access but was worth it as my flight was the very next day!
In a world where most things are needlessly complicated, bureaucratic and over-priced, using Big Yellow was a breath of fresh air. I used the storage for 8 weeks whilst moving house, and it was the most stress-free part of the move. NO I don't work for Big Yellow, or know anyone who does, but I have told so many people about how good it was. At the time, I wrote to the store manager (in Bow) to say thanks for the great service and his personal assistance. I can't say enough good things!
Renting a space at Big Yellow was easy to arrange, easy to access and use. The staff were effficient and helpful. Costs were fair and clearly explained. Not the cheapest place to buy bubblewrap but very convenient.
I have used Big Box storage on several occasions in Brighton and London. The staff have always been helpful and friendly, the good facilities have taken the stress out of moving and storing.
Much more better than I think. I always thought big yellow self storage will be more expensive than other storage places due to the big name, lots of branches...ended up, The big yellow self storage is the best deal I can get, totally worth the money. I find it very secure and I feel so safe leaving my belongings there. Staffs are helpful as usual, Everything else is just convenient, easy access and yea, Anybody who needs a bit more space for themselves should try this out. I strongly recommend. =)
I liked the helpfullness of the staff and the overall price for the storage unit that I wanted and the security is good and the out of service is very conveinent. I also liked the the size of my unit for what I wanted to store. If needed after i have taken my items out of storage I would not hessitate in using big yellow storage unit space again May i that this oppertunity to thankyou for your support this time.

Big Yellow, the space people, have secure, clean spots in warehouses around the city. There's bound to be one nearby. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and quick. checking in, droping in, checking out. It's all easy.

Would recommend Big Yellow to others. Simple reservation and sign up process. Very friendly staff (although you need to get them some heaters in the reception as it was very cold!). Very happy with service and would use again. thanks Jo
