A little confusing for 1st time users but the staff are very helpful

Staff friendly and helpful. Clean, easy to use happy with security Handy tip - Can take 30-50mis to be served because they are so busy and paperwork takes time to organise. Give yourself plenty of time to just get through reception.

Big Yellow have been an absolute lifeline to Victim Support. They have been able to accommodate all our equipment with ease and efficiency. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to everyone. Very well done and keep up the sterling good work.

The member of staff who answered my call was really helpfull answered all my questions and even recommeded a removal company. 10/10 for customer service!

The account opening process was a little difficult. I was asked for ID and proof of address but not told that the documents had to be dated within the last 2/3 months, which caused problems. I found the facilities quite good. Lots of trolleys were available and areas were well lit. The staff were usually quite pleasant and approachable whenever I had to go back to the storage unit. Leaving the area after closing could be difficult as another code was used to open the entry/exit gate.

BigYellow offers a plug-and-play service of storing excess baggage, belongings of any sort whilst being between houses, for as long as one wants, in a pay as you go mode. Invoices are being sent electorinically and notifications regarding renewal as well. Staff at the Bow store are very helpful, although they could do with some help during the busy times of the day.

After an unsatisfactory experience with a competitor storage company - I chose to use Big Yellow in Bow as it was near where I lived. The security features and high standard of storage space were ideal for what I wanted.

I was so tired after my finals at uni and the staff at Big Yellow couldn't have been more helpful with the stressful process of moving (all by myself!) and putting my stuff into storage. I had never used a storage before, but the girls at the reception were so friendly and the guy who helped me find my space explained everything very clearly and I felt secure everything was handled as best as it could.
