Very good

So I was in a bit of a rush with a hire van on the clock and the manager Chris really guided me through the process smoothly and quickly and was really nice to chat with him. Would definitely recommend!

I checked in with Gary who was really helpful and made the process very straight forward. The whole team at Bow have been great in assisting me each time I visit and create a very positive friendly atmosphere.

Afable and mega professional team, very efficient. 3rd time for me. Very happy with the service, as usual. It's quick and easy every time.

Gary Gold was amazing. He showed us around and answered all the questions we had.

Staff at the Bow unit have all been unfailingly kind, helpful, cheerful and patient. I must mention Gary, Reena and Jag in particular. The storage facility itself is well organised and clean and my unit is very good in it's proportions. A small detail but you also have bicycle racks and are the only storage facility to do so, thank you!
