Staff at the Bow unit have all been unfailingly kind, helpful, cheerful and patient. I must mention Gary, Reena and Jag in particular. The storage facility itself is well organised and clean and my unit is very good in it's proportions. A small detail but you also have bicycle racks and are the only storage facility to do so, thank you!

Khairul was exceptionally helpful in assisting me. He went out of his way to help even though I haven't managed to follow every instruction during setup by myself.

Its all about the experience. Gary was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful person to introduce me to my first experience of Big Yellow Storage. Explained everything clearly, very personable. I wish every company would have someone like Gary.
