Poppy was really great at explaining everything, like how to enter, exit and secure my unit. She made great suggestions. The night security was really helpful when I needed assistance, and the morning crew were amazing with advice and service. Although this is my first time using storage, I could not have selected a better storage company in terms of price and service.

Every time I called and had any questions - I would always receive the best treatment. This happened as well when I arrived last weekend when I met Khai! He explained everything at detail and answered all my questions with a smile and professionalism.
