I was very well received on initial phone conversation, and explained clearly on how it all worked

After a rather rough morning driving around with a van full with my belongings, Katie (at your site in Bow) was most welcoming and helpful. It really made a difference to find someone eager to help, clear, communicative and eager to make things easier for me. It's much appreciated.

Without having to ask, Katie showed us the unit based on the requirements we gave and provided us with a lot of info upfront making it very easy to understand the process and move forward with the booking. On move-in day, Chris was also very helpful and took the time to ensure everything was in place for a smooth check-in.
