The ammount of effort the team puts in to make you feel safe, the customer interaction, best prices, friendly staff, someones always available to assist and even on their breaks ready to help if others aint available.

The staff were great. Honestly, I wouldn’t have thought customer service would be so important at a storage centre, but your team were exceptional.

Amazing service. Our company needed a storage unit on a very short notice and Khai - the team member that handled our reservation, was very helpful and professional and even stayed after office hours to complete the reservation.
