My initial enquiry was followed up quickly and professionally - this continued when I decided to increase the size of my storage unit, it couldn’t have been smoother.

I found the website easy to understand. I wasn't able to book the storage space I wanted but received a phone call from a lovely lady who helped me to find something else at a similar price. The lady at the store in Bow (Poppy) was super helpful to me, i was very stressed and she made everything easier.

It was very easy and straightforward to enquire about the storage space, via the website online, I was also advised on the phone which clarified any missing queries I had. The process and move into the storage space was excellent Poppy really helped with understanding, showing and explaining any questions I had and made it a very stress free experience (massive thank you to Poppy at the Bow Big Yellow Storage)
