Very easy to book a storage unit, helpful staff. Would have been helpful to know beforehand that photo ID was required.

The team at Wapping we’re great but sadly due to COVID-19 the store closed at short notice. However, I was delighted that the team at Bow saved the day. Both poppy and Chris were professional, polite, courteous but most importantly friendly and did everything with a smile. I will be recommending them to my friends and colleagues.

I was lucky enough to be advised by Chris on my move in day. He was very professional and extremely helpful in showing me around and finding a suitable storage locker.
