I though that the rental was quiet expensive . Also I have just rented so have not had the full experience as yet

The person dealing with my enquiry was very helpful and clear. She also arranged for a closer room to the door making my experience quicker and easier.

Great customer service by staff, friendly services, easily to use and reasonably price. Safe and secure. Ideal location for me.

Everyone at Big Yellow - Bow was so nice to me, the service was excellent… specifically Gizem but everyone really :) I've left every time feeling happier than when I went in I'm very pleased with the prices and the system, everything seems to be very easy …definitely happy with my experience at Big Yellow - Bow so far ^^ and will be recommending! The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean, secure, and more than adequate for my purposes. I would have rated it higher but I was kind of surprised by a couple of the extra fees that I was charged (the plastic sheet and the purchase of a lock as the one I brought did not meet specific requirements). I would have preferred to know about those items in advance so I could prepare for them.

When I went to look into renting a large unit I was given all the information I needed by the very friendly and polite receptionist, Mo. He guided me through everything very smoothly and I was very happy with the price and space provided. He took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and was a pleasure to deal with.
