Personal was very nice and friendly, explained everything clearly. I don't remember the name, but was an Asian lady who dealt with me.

Nicest and most helpful staff on earth, Lisa could not have don better advising in sizes and going through every detail concerning payement, fees and timetables.

Student friendly, flexible service. Very informative website and easy communication. Choice of locations. Storage looks clean and safe. Small minus: rather cumbersome insurance system adding stress to packing. The ONLINE SHOP: forgot to include the package tape (which had been ordered) with the delivery. Several items not available for home delivery.

I am very pleased with my experience with Big Yellow. However I have not yet completed my dealings with Big Yellow.

Ranj in Bow was friendly, professional, empathetic, patient, listened, provided options, was flexible, and seems to enjoy working there (has great rapport with her also lovely colleague Lisa too).
