The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean, secure, and more than adequate for my purposes. I would have rated it higher but I was kind of surprised by a couple of the extra fees that I was charged (the plastic sheet and the purchase of a lock as the one I brought did not meet specific requirements). I would have preferred to know about those items in advance so I could prepare for them.

When I went to look into renting a large unit I was given all the information I needed by the very friendly and polite receptionist, Mo. He guided me through everything very smoothly and I was very happy with the price and space provided. He took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and was a pleasure to deal with.

Fast, efficient and well priced. I am only being charged for the time I have my possessions in storage and not for a set period.
