I was very impressed with a chap called Nick at the Brighton store who helped me with my storage. He was very friendly, informative and explained the procedures very clearly. I had a very good experience here.

It was the first time i have used a storage company so I was initially concerned how easy the whole process would be. But after speak to staff on the phone and instore I found the whole experience no problem at all.
