Refreshingly flexible and communicative customer service!

A very good experience. Customer services were very helpful in advance and the staff at the Brighton store were super when we visited for the first time.

My experience with Big Yellow Storage in Brighton on Coombe Road was absolutely fantastic! I experienced exceptional customer service and kindness from staff, not to mention Chris who works with Big Yellow, went over and beyond to help me and even stayed after closing to ensure that my belongings were safely transported into the moving van when my contract had ended, not to mention he is very handsome! Thank you again for you’re wonderful service and patience with me and for keeping my personal belongings perfectly safe and protected for such a long period :) I highly recommend Big Yellow as a brilliant choice to trust with the safety and storage of your belongings, and thank you again Chris for all you’re help, you are extremely good at you’re job and your customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced, thank you so so much xx
