After one call with Stefan, I knew I wanted to store my stuff with Big Yellow Brighton he was so helpful and knew exactly what storage size I needed which was a significant downsize from my last storage with another company. I was even recommended a local man and van (Shaun) who was great, picked up my stuff from Luton. Using the facility was soo easy and convenient to self access with all the trolleys available, and such an accessible location. I love that they refund you for the time not used. Just felt like my whole experience was genuinely looking to what I needed rather than being sold what I didn't. Highly recommend!!

The people who were at reception were amazing. They greeted me amazingly they were funny. They were nice and the person who is helping me Stefan was really great.

With 24-hour access, insurance cover up to £10,000 and excellent customer service, they set the standard. Big Yellow Hove also has similarly high standards, but Brighton remains my first choice whenever I need secure, reliable storage in the area. Highly recommended.
