Stephan (Stefan?) (Steffan?) was incredibly helpful. The check in process was smooth, and painless (for me, at least). Despite some biscuit-related drama at the front desk and the unexpected threat of alien abduction (the latter of which, I was assured my things are fully insured against), my experience was a pleasant one, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Big Yellow Brighton!

Super service from Stefan and Simeon, very easy and great unit - made my house move pain free - would highly recommend.
