I was helped by amethyst this morning and she has been so helpful and friendly throughout our first time renting a storage unit. It was easy and made moving less stressful!
I was absolutely blown away by how good the service at Big Yellow Storage at Ashton Gate was. I had to change my check-in date a couple of times, as well as the size of the room I was booking, and it was absolutely no trouble for them. Then they called the day before check-in to make sure everything was OK, and again they couldn't have been more helpful. And then the check-in process at the site was excellent, the security is great, and the facility is clean and straightforward. I really couldn't see anything they could improve. Moving out of my flat was pretty stressful for various reasons, but the customer service here made this part of it pretty stress-free.
