Very nice, very quick

Extremely student friendly!! The staff on desk were both warm and welcoming, even on the phone, and they had guided me a tough move out. With a few unpredictable things happening with my move-out, they had managed to resolve my issues and make me feel comfortable with the unit i had rented. It is clear to see that the company is working to make you, as the customer, have a better experience with stressful situations. I was even pleasantly surprised to hear the great charities they are working with. I would 100% recommend.
