Excellent communication about the booking and calling the day before to confirm. Really appreciated the video about check in as it reminded me what the process was. Very friendly customer service at the desk when I checked in and talking me through the size of the room to check it was okay!

Sal was super helpful and informative, giving us a tour of the facilities and explaining the entrance and exit procedures and pointing out emergency exits
