It was easy Amy was very helpful and told me what I needed to know.

Staff at reception welcomed me when I arrived being professional, polite and checking my documentation. They fully explained the procedure for using the storage unit because this was my first experience using storage facilities. Staff also showed me the size of units when I was unsure if I had asked for the right size. I was then run through the procedure to use when visiting and leaving the storage facilities.

Amy was really friendly and informative and gave time and options made us feel really comfortable and very straightforward in telling all the information we needed with no hidden costs

warm welcome from Amy first thing in morning on reception,then similar from Sally who we had spoken to previously on phone previous day. Sally explained everything we needed to know as we were knew customers,even made us coffee. Nothing was too mmuch trouble.
