The whole experience actually, from finding me a unit, pricing and the contracts signing. Sal was fantastic and so lovely.
Sal went above and beyond at all stages of the process, from helping reserve my space on the phone (even when initially there wasn’t availability on the website) through to sorting me out in-person with all the information I needed about using the facility. Their friendliness was contagious, and made what could have been some dry admin completely the opposite! These interactions alone would make me recommend this location to anyone who needs storage.
